You can download the Sync Client installer from the Downloads section of the MobileNoter web site.

After downloading, launch the installer and it will guide you through the install process. Please install prerequisite components if you are asked to. Once installed, an application starts automatically and opens a configuration form.

Please enter the login name and password you specified when registered on the MobileNoter web site and click the Validate button. You will see a green notification on the form if your account is validated successfully.

Go to Android tab in the bottom of menu. When in this tab, please press “Activate”, after this you’ll be able to use Cloud/Wi-Fi synchronization on your Android even without active licences/Subscriptions.

Next step is to select OneNote notebooks you want to transfer to your device.

Cloud and Wi-Fi editions (when both available) have separate lists of notebooks to sync.

There is limitation on a cloud storage size, so it is suggested to sync large notebooks via Wi-Fi, but not via the cloud.

In the Cloud Edition:

Finally, you need to synchronize your notebooks with the server. To start the synchronization, just click on the Sync button beneath the cloud edition icon.

The synchronization progress is dynamically displayed on this form.

You can now close this form (even when the sync process is in progress). The sync progress is also reflected on the application icon in windows tray bar.

You can always return to the settings form by right clicking the tray icon and selecting “Settings” menu item.

In the Wi-Fi Edition:

After choosing the notebooks for synchronization, start the sync from the mobile application.
